If you encounter the following problems when installing PHPnow:

The installation service [apache_pn] failed. The possible reasons are as follows:

1. The service name already exists, please uninstall or use a different service name.
2. Cannot operate Windows NT services without administrator privileges.

Please first confirm the version of the operating system. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, first rule out permission issues. You can enter "CMD" in "start - search", and find "cmd.exe" in the search results, right-click, and select "run as administrator". Then use the DOS command to rerun "Init. CMD" in the "PHPnow" unzip directory:

C: \ > CD PHPnow

C: \ PHPnow> init
If the installation still fails using the above method, you can try to start the command prompt (CMD) again in the above way, go to the "PnCmds" directory of PHPnow, and perform the "absolutely forced uninstall. CMD" :

C: \ > CD PHPnow \ PnCmds

C: \ PHPnow \ PnCmds> Absolute forced unloading
Then delete the PHPnow directory, restart the computer, and reinstall setup.cmd.
